In the app
Websoftic (clients): open the app, go to Account → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Websoftic Team (team members): open the app, go to Me → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
You’re signed out straight away and notifications to your phone stop at once.
Without the app
Email us at hello@websoftic.agency from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm your request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in, your personal details (name, business name, phone, website, profile photo), your messages and the photos or videos you sent in the chat, your feedback on videos, the ad results you reported, and your device’s notification tokens.
What is kept
Work we made and delivered for a client stays with that client’s projects, and records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept only as long as required.
