This Privacy Policy explains how Websoftic Advertising Agency (Pvt) Ltd (“Websoftic”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you visit our website, book a call with us, or use our client portal and apps.

When you submit our contact / booking form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone number, business website, revenue ranges, needs and any message. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

If you work with us, you can use the client portal (clients.websoftic.agency) and the “Websoftic” app for Android and iPhone with the same account. There we keep: your account details (name, business name, email, phone, website), your profile photo or logo if you add one, the messages, photos and videos you send us, your feedback on the videos we make, the ad results you report, and — when you allow notifications — a notification token for your device, so we can tell you about replies, deliveries and project updates.

Our team members use the “Websoftic Team” apps. There we keep their account details, attendance (including check-in selfies), the work they hand in, their messages and their device’s notification token.

Only Websoftic’s administrators see who a client is. Our team members see the projects they work on — never a client’s name, contact details or messages — and clients never see our team members’ details: to them, everything comes from “Websoftic”.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare for your strategy call, and provide the services you request. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except trusted tools we use to operate our business.

Your submissions are stored securely with row-level security in our database. Access is restricted to authorised team members only.

You can delete your account at any time: in the app, open Account → Delete my account (team members: Me → Delete my account). You can also ask us by email from the address you signed up with — see how to delete your account. We then delete your account, your personal details and your messages. Work we delivered to a client stays with that client, and records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
